About the Section
The Section of Pharmacies mainly consists of the pharmacists who work in community pharmacies in the Czech Republic.
It expresses its opinions about legislative rules related to the field of pharmacies, and takes care of continuous education about pharmaceutical preparations in the form of symposia and seminars.
The section has approximately 400 members and thus it is the biggest section of the CPS. Besides community pharmacists, faculty lecturers, staff of the Institute of Postgraduate Education in Health Care as well as several physicians are section members.
Specialization training
According to the present-day laws, the applicants can be included in the specialization training for pharmacies of the 1st and 2nd levels.
